Counselling Services for Adults & Youth — South Surrey & Online

I offer individual counselling for adults and youth (14+), both in-person in South Surrey and online across BC and in unregulated provinces and territories across Canada. Sessions are designed to meet you where you’re at, supporting you through challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and more. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you.

Individual Counselling

For adults (18+), in-person or virtual

We’ll focus on what feels most relevant for you — whether that’s anxiety, grief, boundaries, self-worth, or healing from the past. You set the pace and the priorities.

Teen (14+) Counselling .

A supportive space for teens navigating identity, pressure, relationships, emotions, or life changes. I approach these sessions with warmth and respect for their voice.

2SLGBTQIA+ Affirming Care

I offer identity-affirming, inclusive counselling grounded in compassion and curiosity. You don’t have to explain or educate — this is a space where you’re already understood and respected.
